Please note that the Atkinson Art Gallery is NOT open on a Monday. Your site says that it is! Try to explain to a very disappointed grand daughter (after travelling for more than an hour) that an exhibition that she was looking forward to seeing, was not open.

I visited your gallery last month and was amazed at the collection of photographs from various photographic societies. I was delighted also both with the building and the exhibits there generally. Wished we had something like in this part of London! Must visit Southport more often (my son lives not far awy in New Longton.

As I left the gallery, there were further exhibits being delivered at the foot of the steps leading up to the Gallery.I took a couple of photographs 2 and wonder whether you would care to see them? They might bring a smile to your faces!

Hello

Sorry to contact you through comments but could not find your email contact.

I would very much like to sell my work through your gallery and should be grateful if you'd contact me if you think it is suitable.
