The castle also has extensive gounds with a pets corner that houses quails to clydesdale horses, a huge park with kids play area, lots of woodland walks and a very good entertinment programme with something on most sundays, this can include brass bands and bat walks to equestrian displays to kiddies entertainers, the Dean castle is well worth a visit and has it's own visitor shop as well
