Background information
Inverness Museum interprets the Human and Natural History for the Highlands. There are displays of Highland weapons, musical instruments, costume and Jacobite memorabilia. The museum will close August 2006 for a £1,000,000 make-over and is due to re-open January 2007 for the 2007 Year of Highland Culture.
