I would welcome any information on the engine which is on display in your museum which was built to Lord Kelvin's design, and can operate using any gaseous fuel. As far as I know there were only two such engines built, one which you have and the other was used for many years on a small boat which the Water Board or their successors operated on Loch Katrine. I am at present carrying out research relating to a hydrogen based economy, and any engine which uses hydrogen as a fuel is of immense importance. J. Mason C.Eng.
