I wonder if you could help

I am Secretary of the Alyth perthshire branch of the royal British Legion and we have in the town a war memorial circa 1922 upon which is a sculptor created by Kellock Brown (cast in Belgium) It is a remarkable piece and we would like to know more of the Sculptors thoughts upon his creation

I am seeking info on kellock Brown
