Background information
Although the University does not have a single permanent museum building for its collections, we stage a regular programme of temporary exhibitions in various gallery spaces around the campus, and have specialist collections on show in the Medical History Museum and Zoology Museum. Our collections cover fine art & design, science, natural history and medical history. Our art and design collections include significant holdings of Scottish art as well as design furniture, textiles and the Duncan of Jordanstone College Collection of work by former students and staff.
